enter this 3 storey property from the front access lane and
as well as from the side car park through the conservatory.
It has been extensively and carefully restored throughout.
The cottage has full gas central heating and for your convenience
cooking is by both gas and electricity. Both gas and electricity
are included with the rental charge The log fire provides
both a focal point and additional warmth to the ground floor
area.

On the ground floor is a large lounge and
dining area, with oak beams and original country features.
At one end of the room there is a pine dining table to seat
8 whilst at the other end is lounge area with settees and
a log wood burning stove. The floor is stripped pine with
a polished surface and scattered with antique rugs. There
is a hi-fi radio CD and tape player within a small bookcase.

Kitchen
The large kitchen is well equipped with a
Belling duel fuel double oven cooker, hot plates, plate
heating area and is a joy to use. The work surfaces are
finished in blue mosaic tiles and all the cupboards are
finished in antique oak. There is a large Belfast sink,
washing up machine, and generous capacity refrigerator
with ice box. You will also find a microwave and grill,
bread maker, liquidiser. separate cupboard with central
heating gas boiler and washing machine.

Conservatory
At the rear is the double glazed conservatory
with a modern Lloyd Loom breakfast dining suit and an antique
pew. This leads out to the rear walled garden, with garden
dining furniture, flowered steps, arbours and a small drying
area. Leading out to the 3 space car park area, and across
the access road is a sunken orchard garden with summer
furniture: a quiet place to sit and relax.

From the Lounge a staircase leads to a landing
from where there is access to a double bedded room with

From the first floor landing access is to
the main lounge with extensive views over the adjoining
hills. There are 2 large settees, armchairs and games desk.
This makes it most suitable for the television and video
viewing .
